Inc. is to make a positive impact in the city of Los Angeles and in the lives of its inhabitants so that maximum potential may be reached through relief of the underpriviledge, advancement of education, promotion of social, physical, mental, and spiritual welfare, and maintainance of public buildings. The various community outreach programs are based on love, respect, and service.
